Tonya M. Cowan, aka Ms. Positivi-T is the Owner of Ms. Positivi-T LLC, a marketing and eCommerce business. Under her Ms. Positivi-T brand, she offers As You Wish websites|engagement|marketing, providing marketing services to small business owners and AdorAble Designz, providing empowering women apparel designs. Tonya is also the Founder of Designed With A Purpose cfs, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers young ladies and women in the community to be courageous, faithful and strong. A graduate of East Carolina University with a BS in Business Education, and mother of two daughters, her services have one thing in common, “inspiration”.

Dominique Alphonse-Sainvil was born of two immigrant parents from Haiti. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Union University with a Bachelors Degree in History Political Science and a minor in Sociology. She is married to her beloved Previlon Sainvil and has five children, as well as adopted her niece to raise as her very own. Today Dominique encourages people - especially women and girls, to strive for more. She answered the call to lead others and has a faith driven, dependable, deep rooted and yes spirit. Dominique is a visionary with a heart of pure gold and captures the pure essence of lining and setting others up for greater things in life.

Cindi Cadet-Washington was born and raised in Rockland County, W. Haverstraw, NY. Her and her family decided it was best to embark on their next journey to Loudoun County, Ashburn, VA. This is where she and her family comfortably settled and built their lives for 8 years. Unfortunately due to Covid and lifestyle changes, they moved to Brevard County, Palm Bay, FL in April of 2022. Cindi's story is one of faith, resilience and empowerment; as she inspires others to walk in faith and embrace the journey, no matter the challenges they may face.

Kimberly Allen-Walker was born at Memorial Hospital, Danville, VA, and raised in Yanceyville, NC. She graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Kimberly began her career in retail and later transitioned to corporate America. She is married to the wonderful Lester Walker and together they have 3 children; Taylor, Kiara and Dominique, as well as two grandchildren; Amir and Kira. Kimberly loves the Lord, music, shopping, walking, and flowers. She was the previous treasurer of the Outreach Ministry, as well as the Youth Advisor and Secretary of the choir at her church. Kimberly wants to continue to be a part of servicing and helping women and children.
